Why choose West Park

The same people who quote your job are the ones who install it

West Park Home Improvement is a small crew working out of Monmouth and Ocean counties. No call center, no subcontractors you've never met showing up in your driveway.

Tommy Lyons
Owner & Operator

Tommy handles everything before and after the install, from the first call and estimate to ordering, scheduling, and making sure the job is done right. Before West Park, he spent ten years building software and running operations teams, experience that now shapes how he runs the business: clear estimates, reliable scheduling, and straight communication.

He grew up around the corner from Kevin and Kyle and still lives at the Shore. If the surf is up before an 8 a.m. estimate, he's probably already been in the water.

Kevin Clayton
Co-Owner & Lead Installer

Kevin learned the trade from his father, who spent his career installing windows and doors for Prown's in Red Bank. After college, Kevin joined him and has been measuring, flashing, installing, and finishing windows and doors in Monmouth County ever since.

He's the person who helps plan your project and does the installation, no handoff to another crew. He'll also probably make friends with your dog before he leaves.

Kyle Clayton
Lead Installer

Kyle learned the trade alongside his brother on the same homes. After years of doing it, he's become the guy you want on the job, an expert in his craft and annoyingly good at making it look easy.

He handles the details that make an installation last, from preparing the opening and setting and sealing the unit to the interior and exterior finish work. He also leaves the job clean and walks through the finished work with the homeowner.

Kevin and Kyle have spent their lives working together. They know how to divide the work, communicate, and leave a job looking like they were never there. Kyle considers that the highest compliment a finished installation can get.

Our story

How West Park started

The three of us grew up on the same streets in a small Monmouth County neighborhood.

Kevin and Kyle grew up around the window and door trade, learning from their father, a local professional with decades of experience. After college they joined him and learned the craft the old-fashioned way, inside local homes, from someone who knows it inside and out.

Tommy took a different path, spending ten years building software and running operations for technology companies. He brings that experience to West Park: clear pricing, reliable scheduling, and straightforward communication.

We've heard the same stories everyone has, estimates that change, crews you weren't expecting, and companies that stop answering once they have your money.

We started West Park to be the opposite of that.

Kevin and Kyle handle the craft. Tommy handles the business around it. Together, we keep the process simple and personal, from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.

And we do it in the towns we grew up in. We know Shore houses: the salt air, wind-driven rain, old framing, and additions built over decades. We've spent our lives around them.

West Park is the neighborhood we grew up in. We put its name on the truck because we believe in doing good work for the people who live here, the same way we'd do it for our own neighbors. We're proud to call the Shore home, and even prouder to work for you.

Our commitment

What we promise on every job

The price we quote is the price

Written before anything is ordered. If we open a wall and find rot, we stop and show you before spending another dollar.

We show up when we say

A real arrival window, not a whole day of waiting. If weather or a supplier moves the date, you hear it from us first.

Your house, treated like ours

Drop cloths inside, boots off the carpet, debris hauled the same day, and a vacuum run before we leave.

We come back

[X years] on our labor on top of the manufacturer warranty. Something sticks or leaks, call us — we live here too.

Your home is yours for decades. We think our relationship should be too.
